The Annual General Meeting will be held on 18th April 2024, in the meeting room at Waterford Lodge Hotel, NE61 1YD. The meeting will start at 7pm.
Doors will be open from 6.15pm for those wishing to pay rental for 2023-2024 in cash or by cheque. However, we strongly encourage all members to pay by BACS.

Anyone wishing to seek nomination for election to the Committee is invited to submit a short paragraph explaining their interest, by email to secretary.tfal@gmail.com.
The existing committee is particularly keen to add members who would be able to help with maintenance of the site (fences, water standpipes) and with the website.
Anyone wishing to suggest an agenda item should contact the Secretary before 6th April 2024.
